Image & Print Quality

All images are printed at 150 or 300 dpi, depending on the chosen print medium. We use industry-leading printers, premium inks and professional-quality paper, glass, metal or canvas to achieve the highest possible image quality.

We make every effort to represent photographs accurately on this website. However, minor variations in brightness and colour may occur due to individual monitor settings.

Payment Options

We use Stripe for secure online payments. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay; a Stripe account is not required.

Delivery & Shipping

Please allow up to two weeks from the date of purchase for processing and delivery within Australia, and two to three weeks for international orders.

Metal, glass and canvas products are delivered by door-to-door courier. While all items are carefully packaged, they are also insured against delivery-related issues. Unframed prints are sent through Australia Post, both within Australia and internationally.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Orders returned because of an incorrect address will incur an additional reshipping charge.

Orders cannot be cancelled once images have been printed and dispatched. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
